Frequently asked questions

What counts as a contact (voter)?

Each unique phone number stored in your workspace is one contact. Numbers are normalized and de-duplicated on import, so the same person added twice is only counted once.

What does a one-time fee per election cycle mean?

Paid plans are not a monthly subscription. You pay once for the size you need and use it for the whole election cycle, from the first phone bank through election day.

Is the Seed plan really free forever?

Yes. Every new workspace starts on Seed with up to 100 contacts at no cost, with no credit card required and no trial that expires.

What happens when I reach my contact limit?

Imports that would take you past your plan size are paused until you move to a larger size. Your existing contacts, campaigns and call history are never deleted or locked.

How do I choose between sizes within a plan?

Pick the smallest size that covers the list you plan to call this cycle. Seed and Local each offer two sizes, and you can move to a larger size when your list grows.

Do volunteers pay to join?

No. Volunteers join through a link or an email invitation and count toward your plan's team seats. They never need their own paid account.

Do you charge for calls and text messages?

No. Volunteers dial and text from their own phones using tel:, SMS and WhatsApp links, so there are no per-minute or per-message telecom charges from us.

Is my data kept separate from other organizations?

Yes. Every organization has an isolated workspace with its own contacts, do-not-call list, call outcomes and message templates.

What if I have more than 15,000 contacts?

Choose the City plan and contact us. We will size a plan for your list, seats and campaigns and set up dedicated support.
